The Maryland Department of the Environment has reviewed W.R. Grace & Co.’s request to make changes at its chemical facility located at 5500  Chemical Road in Curtis Bay.  MDE has made a tentative determination that an air quality permit for these changes can be issued and is holding a Public H​earing​ to explain the proposed changes and to accept public comments on the draft permit.
