(not including wipes contaminated with trichloroethylene) if they are managed

categories of wastes, and are intended to facilitate collection, recycling, and

| Purpose | Establishes a Department approved remedial action plan as a form of permit when operations involved in cleaning up a contaminated site would otherwise trigger permit requirements for hazardous waste treatment or disposal.

| Purpose | To update and modernize the existing regulations on scrap tire management in the state. Program | Solid Waste Program | Regulation Title | Recycling Facilities (New Chapter) | Purpose | As required under Ch. 376 of 2017, to develop regulations for recycling facilities that clarify when a refuse disposal permit is or is not required, exempt certain materials managed at a recycling facility from being designated as solid waste, and to establish other requirements and approvals for recycling facilities. | Purpose | To make the changes needed to the existing regulations governing coal combustion byproducts (or coal ash), due to the promulgation of federal regulations governing coal combustion residuals disposal that became effective in October 2015.
