Scientific and Technical Working Group




The Scientific and Technical Working Group (STWG) is responsible for updating and informing the MCCC on the science of climate change. Members of the working group are appointed by the Commission chair, and embody both the public and private interests in climate change to ensure a well-balanced direction and b​road expertise.

STWG meetings are called by its chair.  The meetings are open to Marylanders, and a portion of each meeting is set aside for public comment.
