CERF, MCET & FIS Information

Information and applications for the Master Certified Emissions Technician, Certified Emissions Repair Facility and Fleet Inspection Station programs.

Master Certified Emissions Technicians (MCETs) should send ASE certificates, certification summary, or test results, place of employment changes, and contact information updates via email to mde.veip@maryland.gov or fax to (410) 537-4435.​
