If additional funds are available, MDE may amend the Intended Use Plan (IUP) to include new projects from the existing Project Priority List (PPL).  Projects from the PPL will be selected in the priority ranking order based on their readiness to proceed.

The PPL may be amended to include new projects.  The new projects will be ranked based on the priority rating and ranking system, and an opportunity for public comments will be provided via notice on MDE’s web site​. Adequate time for review and comments will be provided prior to formal amendment of the PPL with new projects.
