MDE recently re-invigorated itscore strategies to reduce nitrogen and phosphorus discharges from Maryland’s 67 major WWTPs. These actions will ensure that Maryland continues to meet our clean water goals and Chesapeake Bay restoration commitments while stimulating a green economy and workforce development.
