• DRG/WSSI Umbrella Mitigation Banking Instrument and Addendum #1 Lake Elkhorn Stream and Wetland Mitigation Bank, Howard County- Public comment period ended February 23, 2022. Withdrawn May 22, 2024.​
• Linkwood Wetland Mitig​ation Bank​, Dorchester County- Public comment period ended May 2, 2024.

• Mill Swamp Stream and Wetland Mitigation Bank​, Charles County-  Public comment period ends March 15, 2025.
