EMERGENCY

You may report any environmental emergency that poses a sudden or immediate threat to public health or well-being of the environment arising from the release or potential release of oil, radioactive materials, or hazardous chemicals into the air, land, or water by calling toll free (866) 633-4686. Anonymous calls are accepted.

NON-EMERGENCY

To report non-emergency environmental concerns or situations that you believe threatens the environment, such as a trash dump or discarded waste tires, you may email the webmaster, call the relevant program listed here​ or use the form below. Please provide as much details as you can in the message section such as location of occurrence, date and time of occurrence, best time to witness occurrence, medium affected (e.g., air, water, land, cross-media), substance involved and estimated amount of substance involved, polluter/environmental violator's information, etc.
