The Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) participates in Maryland's competitive procurement process.
eMarylandMarketplace Advantage (eMMA) is Maryland’s online procurement platform used to connect the vendor community with contracting opportunities from state, county, and local government entities. Registered vendors will receive notices of bid opportunities. Depending on the opportunity, prospective vendors will be able to submit their responses online, by mail or via e-mail and may obtain bid results online.
MDE provides opportunities for businesses in various fields including Scientific, IT related, Environmental equipment and Environmental Consulting to name a few.
