CCR Rule Revisions and PFAS in Drinking Water (COMAR 26.04.01.)
A notice of proposed amendments to 26.04.01 is planned to align Maryland regulations with changes to the Safe Drinking Water Act by including revisions to the Consumer Confidence Report Rule for Community Water Systems, and establishing state drinking water standards for PFAS identical to federal regulations for Community and Non-Transient Non-Community Water Systems.
