MDE Secretary Shari T. Wilson celebrates Read Across Maryland Month by reading to children at The Montgomery Park Day Care Center March 17. The book she chose was "Crab Moon" about Horseshoe Crabs and the roll they play in the bay, the ocean and our environment.
