MDE Secretary Kendl P. Philbrick joins Governer Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr., and other officials at the Celanese Wastewater Treatment Facility for a ribbon cutting ceremony to dedicate the Enhanced Nutrient Removal addition to the plant.
