Sacramento — Representatives of eight states will announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding guiding a multi-state effort to put millions of zero emission vehicles on America’s highways. The MOU spells out areas of cooperation, planning and development to assist further growth of the market for zero-emission vehicles including the development of fueling infrastructure for electric and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
