Shari T. Wilson, secretary, Maryland Department of Environment (MDE) and Jon Capacasa, director, the U.S. Environmental Protection (EPA) Water Protection Division, U.S. EPA mid-Atlantic region will recognize Larry Giammo, mayor Rockville, and Charles Kauffman, mayor, Boonsboro.
Federal and state environmental leaders will recognize the City of Rockville and the Town of Boonsboro, Md. for efficiently using federal funding for water projects. Rockville will be recognized for restoration work on the main stem of Watts Branch. Boonsboro will be recognized for constructing a regional water treatment system.

From the North
Take I-95 South. Go through the Fort McHenry Tunnel. Exit at Exit 53 (I-395/Martin Luther King Boulevard). Follow signs to Martin Luther King Boulevard to the right. Get into the left lane after exiting. At the first traffic light, make a left onto Washington Boulevard. Follow Washington Boulevard for approximately one mile. Cross over Monroe Street. Make a right into the Red parking lot.
From the South
Take I-95 South. Go through the Fort McHenry Tunnel. Exit at Exit 50A-B (Caton Avenue/Washington Boulevard). Stay in the left lane of the exit following signs to Washington Boulevard. Get in the left lane on Patapsco Avenue. At the third traffic light, make a left onto Washington Boulevard. Stay on Washington Boulevard for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left into the Red parking lot.
