BALTIMORE, MD (September 13, 2006) - The Chesapeake Bay Watershed Restoration Fund Advisory Committee will hold its next meeting on Monday, September 25 at 1 p.m. in the Aqua and Terra Conference Rooms at the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) headquarters, located at 1800 Washington Boulevard in Baltimore.

Among agenda items to be discussed that day are updates on the Enhanced Nutrient Removal (ENR) implementation, fees collected to date and the proposed Onsite Sewage Disposal System Awards.

The committee advises the secretary of the environment on issues related to the Bay Restoration Fund, the landmark environmental legislation proposed by Governor Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. and enacted by the General Assembly.
