BALTIMORE, MD (November 5, 2004) -- The Chesapeake Bay Watershed Restoration Fund Advisory Committee will hold its next meeting this coming Wednesday, Nov. 10 at 1 p.m. in the Aeris and Aqua Conference Rooms at the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) headquarters, located at 1800 Washington Boulevard in Baltimore.
The committee advises the secretary of the environment on issues related to the Bay Restoration Fund, the landmark environmental legislation proposed by Governor Ehrlich and enacted by the General Assembly earlier this year.
Among agenda items to be discussed that day are implementation plans for wastewater treatment plant upgrades, the prioritization and criteria for ranking plant upgrades and methods of fee collection.
