Pursuant to Section 9-1727(b) of the E​nvironment Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, a manufacturer who wishes to sell or offer for sale a qualifying electronic device must register annually with the Maryland Department of the Environment (the "Department") and submit a registration form with the proper accompanying registration fee.
