PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH REGIONAL OFFICES
To better serve Maryland citizens on a more local level, the state has been divided into four regions with managers assigned to each region who live locally, and tasked with dealing with issues in their specific areas:
Western Maryland | Central | Eastern Maryland
While the regional managers make a practice of visiting sites in their regions quite frequently, they can always be reached during business hours. The regional managers are a key element in the Maryland Department of the Environment's efforts to enhance the effectiveness of multimedia projects and overall responsiveness to our "customers."
